Summer Patch Fungus

Symptoms:

Small, irregular, blue-gray, wilted patches, three inches to a foot in diameter, that turn a yellowish-bronze. Patches may have green centers with a "frog-eye" effect.

Turf Grasses Affected:

Bent grass, Kentucky Bluegrass, Turf Fescue, Perennial Ryegrass.

Occurrence:

During warm summer months following a rainy period.
